1N5395 Diode RCA Silicon Standard Rectifier General Purpose DO-15 Plastics Package

These are some rare find of genuine, original, vintage General Purpose 1N5395 Silicon Standard Rectifier Diodes in a DO-15 plastics package in new unused condition. These factory new units has silver plated wire leads. These diodes are made for use as rectifiers in power supplies, commercial and industrial applications. They are solid construction for low leakage and have low forward voltage. These diodes have a VRRM=200 V (Peak Reverse Voltage), a VF=1.4 V (Forward Voltage) @ 1.5 A continuous forward current and an Operating Temperature Range: -65 to 170 C°.
