GENERAL
• Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis
• All e-mails are answered - unblock spam filter to allow OddMix e-mails

PAYMENTS
• We accept Pay-Pal, VISA, Master Card, American Express and other credit cards
• We also accept personal checks, money orders and cash, in US currency only
• Orders will ship as soon as your check or monetary instrument clears
• There is a $50 charge for returned checks

SHIPPING
• Unless stated otherwise, most items include S/H (Shipping/Handling) on their page
• When S/H is not included in price, then it is $10 for orders up to two pounds, within continental USA
• Insurance is presently $6 additional if requested
• Acceptable forms of payment from Canada is US funds only!
• Other international orders S/H up to 1 kg (kilogram), $15 uninsured, $25 insured - US funds only!

RETURNS
• 30 days unconditional money back on returned undamaged items
• S/H and insurance is not refundable
