These are some rare find of genuine, original, General Purpose 1N645 Silicon Signal Diodes in a MIL JEDEC DO-41 glass package in new unused condition. These factory new units are silver plated wire leads. These diodes are made for High Speed Switching and Small Signal commercial, industrial and military applications. They are solid construction for low noise and leakage and have low forward voltage. These diodes have a PRV=225 V (Peak Reverse Voltage), a VF=1.0 V @ 400 mA (Forvard Voltage) continuous forward current and a IR=0.2 uA [micro Amps] (Reverse - Leakage Current).
