2N5401 Transistor P-N-P Motorola Silicon High Voltage Amplifier Vintage TO-63

These are some rare, genuine Motorola made 2N5401 silicon, high voltage amplifier, P-N-P transistors in a plastic TO-63 package in new unused condition. These units have gold plated short wire leads. These unused vintage units made in the seventies. These transistors are made for high voltage amplifier and small signal industrial and commercial applications. They are possibly Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a high voltage breakdown VCE=150 V, capable to handle a 0.6 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=100 MHz and they have a 0.31 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 60 with a collector current of 10 mA, Cob=6.5pF.
