This is a rare find of genuine GT made 2N1311 Silicon High-Voltage NPN transistor in a metal hermetic package in working condition. This transistor is made for high voltage amplifier applications. Because of its silicon construction the 2N1311 have low leakage current, a VCBO=75 V, TP=0.12 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 15 with a collector current of 5 mA.
