These are some rare find of genuine Fairchild made 2N1990 Silicon High-Voltage NPN Transistors in a MIL Metal hermetic JEDEC TO-39 Package in working condition. These transistors are made for High Speed Switching and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. These 2N1990s are planar construction for low noise and leakage and also they have low saturation voltage, a VCE=100 V, able to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, 0.6 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 20 with a collector current of 30 mA.
