These are some rare, genuine Motorola made 2N2905 Silicon High-Voltage P-N-P Transistors in a MIL Metal JEDEC TO-5 or TO-31 Package in new unused condition. These high reliability units has gold plated case and long wire leads. These transistors are made for High Speed Switching and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=40 V, capable to handle a 0.6 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=200 MHz and they have a 3 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 100 with a collector current of 150 mA.
