These are some rare, genuine Raytheon made 2N3019 Silicon High-Voltage N-P-N Transistors in a metal JEDEC TO-5 Package in new unused condition. These units has gold plated 1 inch long wire leads. These transistors are made for High Frequency Amplifier and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=80 V, capable to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=80 MHz and they have a 0.8 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 60 with a collector current of 150 mA.
