These are some rare, genuine TI made 2N2705 Silicon N-P-N transistors in a plastic TO-92 Package in new unused condition. These standard units have tin plated 1 inch long wire leads. These unused vintage units made in the seventies. These transistors are made for High Frequency Amplifier industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=30 V, capable to handle a 0.8 Ampere maximum collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=100 MHz and they have a 0.36 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 100 with a collector current of 50 mA.
