These are some rare find of genuine Faircield made 2N4275 Silicon N-P-N Transistors in a covar TO-92 Package. These lightly unused vintage units have gold plated wire leads. These transistors are made for High Speed Switch and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. These unused vintage units made in the seventies. They have a VCE=15 V, capable to handle a 0.1 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=400 MHz and they have a 0.28 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 18 with a collector current of 100 mA.
