These are some rare, genuine Motorola made 2N4993 Silicon Thyristor in a metal JEDEC TO-31 Package in new unused condition. These units has gold plated 1 inch long wire leads. These unused vintage units made in the seventies. These thyristors are made for small power industrial and commercial applications. They have a IT(RMS)=0.200 A current, a maximum temperature of TjC=150, a gate holding current IGT=0.5 mA and a gate trigger voltage of VGT=6.0 V.
