These are some rare, genuine National made 2N5770 silicon, RF amplifier and oscillator, N-P-N transistors in a plastic TO-63 package in new unused condition. These units have gold plated short wire leads. These unused vintage units made in the seventies. These transistors are made for RF Amplifier Oscillator and small signal industrial and commercial applications. The 2N5770 has a double-diffused epitaxial construction for low noise and leakage and low saturation voltage. They have a voltage breakdown of VCEo=15 V, capable to handle a 0.01 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=900 MHz and they have a 0.2 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 50 with a collector current of 8 mA, Cob=1.1pF.
