These are some rare find of genuine RCA made 40346 Silicon High-Voltage N-P-N Transistors in a MIL Metal JEDEC TO-39 Package in new unused condition. These factory new units are gold plated package and wire leads. These transistors are made for High Speed Switching and Linear Amplifier Applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a 175 Volt VCER with a 1,000 Ohm base to emitter resistor, capable to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, they have a 10 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 25.
