CDP1824CD 1824 RCA CMOS 32x8 256 Bit Static RAM Byte Wide Memory Historic IC

These rare, collectible, devices are genuine RCA made, static, CMOS, 32x8, 256 Bit, CDP1824CD, fast RAM (Random Access Memory) units in unused condition. They are real hard to find vintage collector's choice semiconductors. Not very many available. These ICs are encased in side-brazed ceramic, 18 pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) packages. Units are untested, most likely good, but sold AS IS. These RAMs operate from single voltage, CDP1800 and CD4000 series compatible, excellent for microprocessor based systems, experimentation, special circuit design or for factory new replacement parts for vintage equipment restoration or just as a technical showpiece.
