These are some rare genuine FDH600 Ultra Fast Diodes in a DO-35 hermetic glass package in new, unused condition. These factory diodes are made for use in commercial and industrial applications. They are diffused silicon planar epitaxial solid junction construction for ultra high speed recovery and have low forward voltage. These diodes have a WIV=50 V (Working Inverse Voltage), a VF=1.0 V max (Forward Voltage) @ 200 mA continuous forward current and an Operating Junction Temperature Range: -65 to 175 C° max.
