MC853P J-K Flip-Flop Motorola MDTL Diode Transistor Logic Digital IC Historic 1969

These rare, collectible, working, nostalgia items are genuine Motorola Semiconductor made, early MDTL J-K Flip-Flop MC853P units in unused condition. Although they are not the first IC (Integrated Circuit) made, as shown by the early 1969 date code, but they are mighty close to it. These devices were made in an early plastics 14 pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) package with gold plated leads. They are excellent for experimentation, special circuit design or for factory new replacement parts for vintage equipment restoration. Not very many available of these real hard to find vintage collector's choice semiconductors.
