A few decades ago eight track tapes were almost as hot as today's MP3 players. Now they are difficult to find rare collector's items. In the 8-track cartridge the quarter inch wide magnetic tape forms an endless "Moebius" loop within the shell. This arrangement is most convenient as rewinding or forwarding of the tape is totally unnecessary. Eight track players were outfitted with a track change button to select out of sequence songs. This tape cartridge is a rare, original Beatles, vintage, collector's item on the cheap.
