This is an original metal Sylvania 12SA7 Pentagrid Converter electron tube. These metal tubes were used as converter in superheterodyne circuits, mixer oscillators in receivers and special circuits. An antique, collector's special pentagrid converter vacuum tube. Excellent for antique radio restoration projects or to set up a private vacuum tube museum. It is a NOS tube - new old stock, unused, boxed, excellent condition.
