It is used but in a good working condition. The robust design and dependable Weston mechanical meter movement makes this instrument practically indestructible. This DC Volt Meter is made by Weston Instruments Company. This is a real hard to find vintage collector's choice instrument. Not easy to find surviving meters in this nice condition.
